Turquoise Howlite  -reboot your energy !!!

 A good energy shifting method you can do at home or in the work place  is to sit quietly in your  chair. Close your eyes and breathe deeply - in and out for three counts - and take three deep breathes !   Do not cross your legs, rather place your feet squarely on the ground. Hold this beautiful  Turquoise Howlite in your hand.  Use the hand that is most dominant, i.e a right handed person should hold in their right hand. Cup your left hand over your right hand and the stone. 

As you sit quietly, breathe and feel the energy of the crystal in your hands . Try and visualise the blue-white light of the crystal going through your body, travelling up through your arm, and filling your whole being.  Allow yourself to relax and let go. Within 15 minutes, clarity and balance should be restored within your body. Keep your crystal in it’s gossamer bag, with raw brown rice in the bag - so that your crystal is cleansed and ready for instant re-booting.

To cleanse your aura, take the same Turquoise Howlite and hover up and down your body, visualising it drawing all the negativity, anxiety and worries from your day away. Make sure you start at the top of your head, moving to the bottom of your feet, about 2-4 inches away from the body, and let the Turquoise Howlite healing crystal energetically cleanse you.
