This bath must be taken for three consecutive nights.
Light the incense and tea light in your bathroom. Draw up a warm bath. Add one packet of lavender infused salt into the bathwater. Submerge yourself. This is not a bath to cleanse yourself in - this is a think tank ! While in the bath let your thoughts come and go, relive the past, for as far back as you wish to . When you have had enough of allowing the anger, sadness and hurt to flow - stay in the bath, pull out the plug. Lie there while the water drains. Visualise this water removing all the sludge and negative energy from your body and aura, all the sadness and hurt. See it swirling down the drain.When all the water has drained- get out the bath and dry yourself off. Repeat this for two more nights. You can repeat this cleansing bath ritual every three months. If you feel that you are going through a difficult or toxic period - you can do this once a month between a waning and full moon.
