This intensifies the cleansing process - and makes sure your room is cleansed from negative sludge and your aura has no negative attachments. Place the four deep purple amethysts under your mattress on the four corners of your bed. You are creating a safe space to dream in. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Next Light your white candle's wick from the black candles wick -  nip the wick of the black candle. So that flame goes out.  While the white candle burns, set your intention for a dream filled night - and your intention for recording your dreams. Ask that you are protected by angels,  spiritual helpers and all those who seek to assist you on your sacred journey. Let that candle burn for as long as you like - then nip the wick and put out the flame . \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlace the earth labradorite in a bowl of water  next to your bed. Add three drops of psyche oil into the water, holding the crystal.  Intentionally connect the water, labradorite crystal and yourself.  Lie down and start a slow breathing rhythm to enter sleep state. If you wake up in the night - only jot down bullet notes. Try to go back to sleep as quickly as possible to re-enter the dream state. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe next morning when you wake up - don't open your eyes immediately and jump out of bed to record your dreams - it is thought that they slip away quickly. Remain in bed -  eyes closed - slowly recap your dreams . Then stretch - imagining white light and  energy from your crown chakra rippling through your body into your feet.  Now, get out of bed and record your dreams.
