These three gods represent:

Fuk - Good luck and fortune

Sau - Longevity and good health.

Always place these three wise men higher than your heart chakra. The Fuk Luk Sau are actually not real gods. They symbolically represent three important star constellations in Chinese astrology. Therefore, they are never worshipped in Chinese prayer altars but rather placed as Feng Shui ornament of good luck at home.

The star of wealth "Fuk" has the highest rank among the three constellations. It is the purple star which emblems wealth, good fortune, good luck, and success. The star of wealth is often denoted as a wise man who carries the Ru Yi (Chinese sceptre) that promises smoothness and success in endeavors and a gold ingot that promises wealth luck. He normally bestows one with career/business success with enhanced income.

The star of happiness "Luk" takes on the second rank of star constellation among the three. He symbolizes family happiness, life fulfillment, many children and grandchildren, good relationship, and mutual love. He carries a heavenly scroll and sometimes carries a child on his hand. He is also the epitome of a high-ranking official, where authority is gained and salary is adequate.

The star of longevity "Sau" is associated with the star in the south pole. This star is often symbolized by an old man with a protruding forehead, white hair, and beard who attained immortality. He normally carries a dragon crutch, a peach, the fungus of immortality Lingzhi, and the Wu Lou (gourd) which have medicinal values.

He often imparts virtues to people on the secret of longevity and asks them to avoid greed, negative thinking, and arrogance as principles to sustaining longevity and good health. His magical peach is blossomed from the heaven only every 3000 years. His image represents good health and longevity.

The deity Fuk represents planet Jupiter and is known to give luck, happiness, prosperity, and wealth. Luk, the deity, is seen as holding golden ingots and is the personification that attracts stability, fame, popularity, success, and financial abundance. Sau, who is the symbol of immortality, is depicted as an elderly man with a dragon-edged staff and a nectar bottle.

Where to place it :

1. Entrance Area: As you enter your homes to signify all aspirations of life being fulfilled. They must be placed higher than 2 meters on solid tables.
2. Dining Area: Facing your dining table for blessings of a lifetime on the whole family. They should be placed on side tables that are above two meters high.
3. It is advised not to improperly place the figurines, especially in the bathroom or bedroom. This act of improper positioning of the powerful deities is considered disrespectful.
4. Fuk Luk Sau can be placed behind your sitting position, in an office environment to gain vital support and good fortune to  all your aspirations in life.
5. In reception areas of business premises or the director's office.
