Personal: To add a layer of protection to your aura, shake the bottle a few times and spray in a circle above your head in a clockwise motion three times.
You can also spray once over your crown when you feel you need it.
Room: Stand to the right of an open door or window and spray around the room in a circle going clockwise till you come back to the same point.
Items: If you have items, you carry on you and you would like to add some protection to them simple spray over the item such as crystals, amulets, and altar tools.
