Dreamwork and astral travel preparation:

Before you go to bed at night - when you plan to astral travel or record your dreams - make sure you light your black candle for 5- 10 minutes with the intention of space clearing your room in which you are sleeping. 

Anoint yourself with the psyche oil from your magical dream box.   If you choose to,  add a few drops to water and spritz the room - your bed and your aura with the created sacred spray. This intensifies the cleansing process - and makes sure your room is cleansed from negative sludge and your aura has no negative attachments. Place the four deep purple amethysts under your mattress on the four corners of your bed. You are creating a safe space to dream in. 

 Next Light your white candle's wick from the black candles wick -  nip the wick of the black candle. So that flame goes out.  While the white candle burns, set your intention for a dream filled night - and your intention for recording your dreams. Ask that you are protected by angels,  spiritual helpers and all those who seek to assist you on your sacred journey. Let that candle burn for as long as you like - then nip the wick and put out the flame . 

Place the earth labradorite in a bowl of water  next to your bed. Add three drops of psyche oil into the water, holding the crystal.  Intentionally connect the water, labradorite crystal and yourself.  Lie down and start a slow breathing rhythm to enter sleep state. If you wake up in the night - only jot down bullet notes. Try to go back to sleep as quickly as possible to re-enter the dream state. 

The next morning when you wake up - don't open your eyes immediately and jump out of bed to record your dreams - it is thought that they slip away quickly. Remain in bed -  eyes closed - slowly recap your dreams . Then stretch - imagining white light and  energy from your crown chakra rippling through your body into your feet.  Now, get out of bed and record your dreams. Take your earth labradorite out of the water - dry it and place it together  with your other dream stones into your brown rice in the crystal cleansing pouch. 

Leave them in this pouch until you want to use them again. Replace the brown rice every month. When you want to practice dreamwork - repeat the ritual. Feel free to use the psyche oil each and every night while sleeping or meditating. Its properties will support you on the road to igniting your intuitive skills. 

Use the black and white candles to cleanse space - and remove negative and heavy vibrations. 

Light the incense and the candles whenever you want to meditate or record your dreams - or simply journal to “ unpack” your dreams. When you feel you need more intuitive guidance - or want to connect to your higher self - light the purple candle. When you feel you need more focus - perhaps digging deep into your memory banks of what exactly it is you dreamed of - light the yellow candle. Before writing gaze into the coloured candle - absorb the colour into your being - activating that particular chakra. Purple for your third eye and yellow for your sacral chakra. Either sleep with your crystals or place them on your dream journal to work with them when you wake up.
