Stress Release 10-minute Ritual

- Create a sacred space by lighting a stick of incense.
- Lie down and place a tumbled lepidolite on your third eye and another between your third and second chakra. By doing this, you infuse your higher consciousness and your physical creative body with the energy of lepidolite. This crystal has lithium in it and is the perfect stone to dissipate negativity and activate and open all chakras so that balance is brought back into your psyche. It helps filter out chaos and distraction and assists you to calmly focus on what is important.
- Breathe deeply and relax while bringing your first breath into your third eye, where the lepidolite is. Hold the breath there - release.
- Next breath all the way to the second lepidolite - hold it there. Release Repeat.
- Feel your body growing heavier and heavier as you melt into the floor.
- Invite the energy of the lepidolite into your body. Feel its energy melting away the stress. Visualise its lavender rays fizzing into you, washing away all your anxieties.
- Relax as long as it feels comfortable. Breathe in the healing energy and feel it flow into your body.
- As you open your eyes, state out loud a positive affirmation.
- Place the stones in brown rice - so they are ready to use at a moment's notice
