In other words, don't act without thinking things through carefully !!  Treat yourself kindly, and make sure you take time to relax and recharge.  The perfect go-to is a warm, relaxing bath !!  Add 9 drops of psyche oil into your bath water, and a bath salt of your choosing.  This quiet sacred space with the healing energy of water allows you to relax and think  ‘ things “ through!

• Psyche oil

• 3 x bath salts ( creates 6 baths) 

• Royal  Purple altar candle 

• Amethyst crystal 

The perfect go-to is a warm, relaxing bath !!  

Light your royal purple candle and draw up a bath of warm water.  Add 9 drops of psyche oil into your bath water, and 1/2 a packet of bath salts of your choosing.  This quiet, sacred space with the healing energy of water allows you to relax and think  ‘ things “ through !! You can also add a few drops of psych oil to the soft candle wax, scenting your candle. As the candle burns, it is believed that the energy of the intention is released into the Universe, helping to bring. The desired outcome is brought to fruition. This practice highlights the power of mindfulness and the belief in one's ability to influence their own reality through focused intent and ritual action.
