Light incense and sit in a chair in a Ā comfortable position. Place a black tourmaline between your feet. It does not need to touch your feet - the vibration of this powerful grounding crystal will connect you in the here and now. Hold the double-terminated quartz in the palm of your hand with the other hand covering the crystal. Make sure the one end is pointing towards your belly button - and the other end is pointing out into the ā universeā.Ā
Now centre your breath. Inhale and allow the breath to wander throughout your body. Relax and breathe like this for at least three minutes. When you are completely relaxed, allow yourself to visualise what you wish to create with regard to projects and business ideas, this new moon. Let go, dream big!!. Visualise together with the power and support of the double-terminated quartz. Ā
When you have finished this meditation, make sure you cleanse and smudge your double terminated quartz and the black tourmaline.Ā
Whenever you want to send messages out into the universe, a double-terminated quartz is the most perfect crystal to use. It helps you communicate your desires not only to people but to the cosmic energies as well.
