To amplify intentions, light the scented New Moon candle. Make sure you allow the wax to melt as wide as possible, creating a broad footprint. Light this candle for a minimum of 17 minutes each and every night until you reach the white section of the candle. Each time you light the candle, do so with the intention of manifesting your wishes for the month.
The white wax of the candle must only be lit on the night of the full moon ( 7th September). Thereafter, each and every night till the candle is complete. When you light this part of the candle, you light it in gratitude for what you have achieved over the past two weeks. You reflect on all the magic and the blessings you have received in the past weeks since the new moon. You also let go of outdated ideas - those you were wishing to achieve - but which now, no longer hold any importance.

Crystal Red Alert:
I chose a hand-sized red hematite cathedral quartz from this collection - and used it in the process of healing my back pain. When placed upon the swollen area, it was cold and felt a bit awkward. After a few minutes, the energy of the crystal started to warm up. I left it there for about 10 minutes. The pain itself still lingered, but what was interesting was that the healing process was revved up. In two days, the pain was gone, and I was starting to limber up. I am certainly not saying do not see a doctor or take medication - what I am saying is that the cathedral quartz certainly helped me. I felt I healed much faster than usual.
