We are almost Midway through July.

How are you finding this month of deep inner reflection?

A Neptune retrograde is not making it any easier, and a Chiron retrograde on the 26th of July is going to push your buttons further. Chiron represents the wounded healer- so it is a time of inner healing and self-reflection.

The best way to handle personal growth is to talk to your best friend- your journal.

So Keep journaling! write and write! don’t bother reading what you are writing. Just get everything down on paper. All the hurt and pain. All the good memories and new ideas you want to bring to fruition. make sure you practice some form of exercise to ignite your energy field. Tai Chi, yoga and pilates are a wonderful addition to any workout.

To set the tone for a peaceful night's sleep - relax with a mini meditation of about ten minutes.
