Crystal Spirits accepts the return of goods purchased on our website only if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition & packaging. Goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Should you wish to return your item/s we will issue a full refund based on the price you paid for the item/s less the courier collection fee of R99. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier collection fee when making a return.
You can choose a store credit or full refund which will be made via bank transfer.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or piercing jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
PleaseContact Us on hello@crystalspirits.co.zawith your full name, order number and the item/s you would like to return so we can open a ticket for a return request and book our couriers to make a collection from you. (The cost of R99 will be deducted from your credit/ refund amount for the courier to collect)
You are welcome to make an exchange, provided we have stock of the item you would like to purchase.
Kindly note that there will be two courier costs incurred (a courier cost of R69 to send the product back to us and R69 for us to resend you a new product)
