Frankincense oil was one of the most highly valued commodities of the ancient world.
It was one of the gifts presented to Mary and baby Jesus by one of the three Magi (kings). The Magi were very astute in their choice of gifts. In the case of frankincense it was all about connection to spirit and the divine.
Frankincense is often coupled with myrrh - although these two oils have a very different personality. However, both these two oils help us to heal soul wounds !!
