Each bath must be taken between full and new moon.
- 1 stick cinnamon
- Cinnamon essential oil
- Destress bath salts x 2
- Oil Burner
- Tea lights
- Pink candle
Draw up a bath of warm water. Add 1/4 cinnamon stick , 1/2 sachet of destress bath salts, sprinkle of epsom salts, three drops of cinnamon oil, and, if you have, rose petals. Light the pink candle and and add a mixture of oils to your oil burner such as cinnamon at least 6 drops, psyche oil , geranium, rose, and frankincense essential oils. Adjust to your fragrance preference. Lie in the bath for at least 20 to 30 minutes , inhaling all the scents and focusing on emotional release and grounding. Enjoy this bath only between the full moon and new moon. You can also add 3 drops of cinnamon to an oil and anoint the soles of your feet, ankles, forehead, and heart with this cinnamon infused oil before starting new ventures or spiritual practices.
