Smudge the 4 x amethyst crystals with incense. Next place them for three hours in sunlight. Once you feel they have charged enough in the sunlight, find a sacred place to sit in meditation.
Light a stick of incense - ground and centre yourself. Take all four in the palm of your hand and blow on them. Hold the crystals to your heart and third eye chakra for about three to five minutes. As you place them on the heart chakra, visualise the crystals protective energy swirling around you and your bed as you sleep.
Place them on the third eye chakra and visualise your dreams becoming more enriched and filled with a message from spirit. Take as long as you like. Inhale the incense fragrance and feel the connection you and the crystals have between each other. When you are ready, place each crystal under your mattress - one amethyst in each corner. This forms a psychic shield around you , and your partner as you sleep. Cleanse regularly by simply smudging with incense and replacing under your mattress.
