Draw up a bath of warm water. Add 1/4 cinnamon stick, 1/2 sachet of destress bath salts, a sprinkle of epsom salts, three drops of cinnamon oil, and, if you have, rose petals. Light the pink candle and add a mixture of oils to your oil burner, such as cinnamon at least 6 drops, psyche oil, geranium, rose, and frankincense essential oils. Adjust to your fragrance preference. Lie in the bath for at least 20 to 30 minutes, inhaling all the scents and focusing on emotional release and grounding. Enjoy this bath only between the full moon and the new moon. You can also add 3 drops of cinnamon to an oil and anoint the soles of your feet, ankles, forehead, and heart with this cinnamon-infused oil before starting new ventures or spiritual practices.
