On the 4th of February 2024, we recognise the beginning of the feng shui period 9 and the year of the wood dragon. The following 20-year period is represented by the element fire and lasts from 2024 - 2044. 

Please note: The element of water is missing in the birth chart of 2024- the year of the wood dragon. Water controls fire. Fire out of control creates chaos. We therefore need to introduce the element of water into our homes and businesses. This can be done In the form of fountains, aquariums, the colour blue or feng shui enhancers and cures that represent this element. Another big question that many people are asking-  is How do I change the energy of my home and business from period 8 to period 9? 

For those of you renovating:

Change your front door, or remove floor Tiling and replace or restructure areas of your roof. If you are replacing roof tiles etc- try to leave the roof open and an inside area of your home exposed for three days - this drastic move will shift the energy of the home from period 8  to period 9. 

For those of you who are not renovating you have to give your home a thorough space cleaning. 

Declutter your cupboards and rooms by throwing away paper, old clothes and broken and chipped furnishings. This must be done before the 4th of February. Next, you have to spiritually cleanse your home. This will be so important  if you want to acknowledge and shift the energies of your home into period 9 and the following 20 years.
