Whenever you feel the house energy is getting stagnant - light the black candle and place it in the centre of your home for 23 minutes. Then walk around your house with the cleansing California sage smudge stick. Make sure you smudge thoroughly. Next, hold your rattle in your dominant hand and with vigour shake the rattle as you walk Throughout the home, especially in the corners and nooks and crannies of your home.
When you have finished. Light the white candle from the black candle. Nip the wick of the black candle and place the white candle in the centre of your home - setting the intention for the energy you want your home to hold. Light a stick of beautiful incense n of your choice next to your candle. Leave the white candle burning for a minimum of 23 minutes ( longer if you choose.)
Repeat this process whenever your home feels heavy. And stagnant. You want to shake it up so new any enter your sacred space.
