The wheel of the year is a name used to describe the cyclical progression of the seasons through time and most often described as Goddess, pagan spirituality and Wiccan magical traditions.
The wheel of the year connects us to nature and offers a sacred calendar and rituals that align with nature .Within one annual cycle of the sun, a set of eight sacred days are allotted to observe and engage in meaningful rituals that align with nature. This connects us more deeply to the natural world, ourselves and our community. It connects us also to the metaphysical worlds around us. Each of the eight days on the wheel of the Earmarks the transition from one season to the next.
