How do I use my pendulum board?

Before you start using your pendulum, Relax by initiating the ebb and flow breathing technique and quietening your mind. 

It is essential to make sure you are grounded and positive. If you ask the questions from the point of fear, negativity and desperation - you could get the wrong answers. So, make sure you are grounded and present at the moment.

Light the black charcoal block provided - and once it is burning - add your Californian white sage leaves to the smouldering charcoal block. Smudge yourself, your board and the area you are asking your questions.   

Light the tea light provided. Then ask that only higher beings, angels or your guides enter sacred space with you.  

Instruct the pendulum to show you the answers via the board. It will work perfectly once you have given the pendulum, which is connecting to your higher self, the instructions.

The key to the answer is in the question of using this method of divination. This sounds simple, but if you aren't getting an answer, refine the question and make it more targeted. For example, “is it going to rain?” The answer will be “yes!“ it will rain - but you might want to know if it will rain this afternoon! That changes the answer - so make sure you are very clear and explicit in your questions, and keep on asking them, refining them, and digging deeper to get the correct answer to your question. Record the day, time, questions and answers. This will build up your confidence and help you better understand working with your pendulum.
