The key to the answer is in the question of using this method of divination. This sounds simple, but if you aren't getting a response, refine the query and make it more targeted. For example - "is it going to rain ?" The answer will be "yes ! "it will rain - but you might want to know if it will rain this afternoon! That changes the answer - so make sure you are very clear and explicit in your questions, and keep on asking them, refining them, and digging deeper to get the correct answer to your question.
